Hello all, i had a rough shot this weekend barely pulled myself outta bed this

afternoon now i feel re-energized & ready to start back on my housing search

tomorrow after i reschedule my physical therapy

You might try Presidedents place.They go on income. Nice section 8 housing apts. bathtubs wirh showers. got more sugg later too.

Don,You pay 300 a month?  Holy crap dude, you can't even find a garage for that here.  Is it just like a 2 room house or what?    You don't even want to know what I'm paying here....

As soon as HUD approves me again [next month], I will also be searching for HUD approved housing.

Where Im at in my little house is real nice, but I want a bedroom and a tub.

Im tired of sleeping in the livingroom, and the shower is just too hard and small.

I hope I can save on some rent too.

300 a month is half my SSI income.

Hi Teri

You forget, I live in the boondock - small town kansas.

My hs has a nice living room and kitchen.

The BR is a big closet, and the bathroom is TINY.

Gotta nice front porch tho.

No yard at all, but no neighbors to speak of either.

When I lived in SF in 1970, I rented a 'tube' under a house.

It was really a cement wine cellar with a lightbulb - cost 1100 dollars.

12 of us lived in it.

Ah, the old hippy days. LOL :-)
