My DIL, when our grandson (2 1/2) doesn't eat dinner and asks later, gives him a choice of dinner (again, same thing) or a fruit, veggie, etc) amazing how often he'll take one of the two, when before he wouldn't eat it... lol... worst case, she'll give him fresh juice..

Try sprouted rice, ezekiel bread,

Check the recipes files too for ideas.

Thanks, everyone, for sharing your thoughts on Feinhold Diet. I am certain I will begin with baby steps....getting rid of sugar and preservatives. But how?????? My kids are both very picky eaters with a very limited diet. How do I move them in the direction of eating well? I put all the same healthy foods in front of them that my husband and I eat. They snub it and an hour later they're asking for bread or rice or something even less desirable. I do have some rules -- kitchen closed after dinner is over, etc. but I also don't like seeing my kids go without eating.Any suggestions for getting kids to eat "the good stuff" would be much appreciated.Rose
