Guest guest
Hi Rod Every one of us ask this same question, Im sure. 'How did this happen to me'? This is the normal first responce. 99% of people will NEVER know when, or how, they got infected. The when and how is really only important to try to protect others from becomming infected too. Once a person is DX'd with a disease, the only thing of importance is to cure oneself. For example myself - - I could have been infected by using IV drugs, a coke straw, at the dentist getting a tooth fixed, in a fist fight, getting blood spattered on me as a volunteer EMT, giving or recieving blood, getting a shot, using a common razor in jail, borrowing someones nail clippers, getting a Colonoscopy, or any number of other ways over the years. I will never know - 'for sure' - nor do I really care now. I am infected, thats what is important at this moment.....now I want to be cured. I cannot change the past, but I can change the future. love don in ks From: Rodney Gisick <rodgis44@...>Subject: [ ] RE: WHen infected? Date: Wednesday, January 12, 2011, 5:39 PM Thanks again for all your inputs! How do you determine when you were infected? All I've had is the initial test saying I had it. Thanks,Rod
