For my son, mucus was yeast, ammonia was either bacteria or improper protein digestion. Dana
Guest guest
Houston Nutritionals people will tell you that Zyme will harden stools, No-Fenol tends to soften. Of course if you don't use or need No-Fenol...I've stayed away from Zyme for that reason. AFP seems to be OK as far as not interfering with stool texture. -- Helen
Guest guest
I would say if you eat three times a day, then three BM’s a day. Carol From: " rwattenbach@... Guest guest
Truthfully, you should have one after each meal...usually about 40 minutes, give or take... This is healthy. But take into account it depends on what you eat, drink, etc... including exercise... what condition your body is in. Guest guest
Most sources I trust say one for each meal, but a minimum of one a day. Think about this - every minute the feces sits in your colon, you are reabsorbing toxins that your body just put there to eliminate. So how long do you want to soak that stuff up?
