Steve,Since you nick named me the water witch..  does this make you the Deep Breathing Warlock?Hugs,TeriOn Sat, Jan 15, 2011 at 12:53 PM, <schandler21@...> wrote:

the cancer warrior be a survivor.

Anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness put the body

into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to

relax and enjoy life.

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep

breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level.. Oxygen therapy is another

Substitute hep-c for cancer in #15 and there we are...remember the volatile atmosphere here yesterday, folks?  I realize #15 is a helluva lot easier to say than do, but even if you're making an effort you're making progress!  And yes, this is the pot calling the kettle black, I fall off the positive vibe wagon regularly and have to kick myself in the ass and get back on...

As for oxygen and the death of cells, I don't know how much that applies to hep-c, but I know that a healthier body, well oxygenated, assists the healing and fighting progress while we've got hep-c or are taking the treatment, whether it's big pharma's or alternatives.

So now I really mean it...take a deep breath, hold, let it out slowly...repeat as necessary!SteveLife is much more fun when thought of as a scavenger hunt as opposed to a surprise party.  Jimmy Buffett

SteveI hadn't got that far in the reading before I put it aside as "Important - Read Later". But, you just hit that nail for me!! I actually did believe in #15 for a long time and forgot all about it through the last tx and now the cancer fight.Perhaps that's why the HP directed my thinking just a few days ago, to making amends to my husband's daughter-in-law. I did that and I was not looking for anything out of it. Then, today I stopped by the husband's son's place to pick up the Death Certificate. I still had to bite my tongue and not fall into any of that negative stuff. However, when he presented me with an itemized statement of the money that he and his sister spent on

looking after Dad once or twice and then planning an outrageous service that had little to do with the husband's AA way of life. I stopped myself from outright laughing in his face!! Rather, I was trying not to react at how his father left me with bills to pay; but, didn't pay the mortgage on our mobile home and so the owner can take it all from me!!!Yup, I'm still working very hard at trying to Let Go and Let God.Gloria

I am so sorry you are having to go through this ....... you have so much on your plate already.

May I ask who is the executor of the estate? they should be handling these matters with his money - insurance policies.

You should mail that expense page back with attn: Girlfriend (i forgot her name) anyway the one they mentioned in the obit. Since they planned it without consult to you dont let them insult you with the bill. Just explain that you knew him and his wishes and they werent carried out and you dont feell responsible for paying for service being done that way.

BethThe husband died intestate!!! Meaning that everything we had is mine; but, so are the bills. I'm just about to look it up; but, I believe that it even means his tax bill. That would be a hoot - about the "girlfriend". I think she'd have a heart attack or have an attack of her bi-polar.
