Steve,

Jon found this article on snops to be untrue. Take a deeeepppp breath and hoooolllllddddd it. Ok release. Power of Postive Thinking - take a dose daily

Beth,Holy smoke, this is good! I've said for a long time we're told by doctors that many things can't be cured by our bodies and lifestyles that actually can be.I especially like this part..."15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life. 16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level.. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells. Substitute hep-c for cancer in #15 and there we are...remember the volatile atmosphere here yesterday, folks? I realize #15 is a helluva lot easier to say than do, but even if you're making an effort you're making progress! And yes, this is the pot calling the kettle black, I fall off the positive vibe wagon regularly and have to kick myself in the ass and get back on...As for oxygen and the death of cells, I don't know how much that applies to hep-c, but I know that a healthier body, well oxygenated, assists the healing and fighting progress while we've got hep-c or are taking the treatment, whether it's big pharma's or alternatives. So now I really mean it...take a deep breath, hold, let it out slowly...repeat as necessary!SteveLife is much more fun when thought of as a scavenger hunt as opposed to a surprise party. Beth and SteveI don't know about that "Power of Positive Thinking" as too many people use it as a way not to listen to the patient. However, maybe it takes me a few days still; but, I do know that I don't want to fall back into that negative world. As we all know well - there is nothing we can do about yesterday and have no idea what tomorrow will bring. So, we'd better just make today the best day possible.Gloria
