I am so mad at myself! i couldnt sleep all night & sick so i didnt go to my

physical therapy & i just got a letter they are no longer giving my county aid

at least i filled out two applications for long term 1-2 yrs housing

I just went thru the very same thing!! it helps! important to keep moving, are

any of the spurs pressing on a nerve like mine? hurts like hell!do you take any

medication to help your condition? Good Luck, it feels good to get help, sounds

like you have suffered a long time, I know the feeling! I am happy that you are

getting help!
