DonYour sucky day is by far worse than mine!!! In comparison, I had a terrific day.Went to see a lawyer about my husband's "estate" and what to do. Even got some chuckles out of learning that my step-children are not allowed to cash the Death Benefit that the son applied for. Everything has to go into trust!! She also told me that she will make sure there is nothing left for them. LOLGloria

Hi everyone

Sorry I havent been around all day.

Just got home a few minutes ago....lets see....945PM.

Had a ride down to Wichita to the doc at 315PM, and that went well.

But comming home was another story,

The car went dead out in the middle of nowhere.

No one had a phone so we sat there and froze until a cop happened to come by.

Wheres a cop when you need one?

Did get warm sitting in his car, while he drove me and the driver to a resturant.

He had to get permission to do so because its illegal to give someone a ride except to jail.

The driver then called the transportation company for a ride outa redneck hell.

We waited forever for a ride to be sent down to get us.

We were sitting looking out the window and saw the broke down car being towed by.

It took another hour to come get us.

I guess the broke down car was more important.

grrrrrrrrrr

I didnt have any money so I couldnt eat or drink anything but water.

Didnt have my meds with me, so I missed them.

The driver told me that its not his responcibility to provide me with food.

Just a ride to and from.

A real butthead....I would have paid him back when I got home.

The ride back was really really slow.

The two drivers had a real HA HA time of it while I sat in the back.

Finally got back to town, and they made me sit at the transportation company while they made their report.

Finally a third person gave me a ride home.....on 'their way home'.

This person acted like they were doing me such a big favor.

Kept complaining about how I was making them late....like it was all my fault.

Believe me - I am going to chew someones ear tomarrow.

You can bet on it.

Well, Im home now - alive.

Im really tired so Im going to post a couple of things and crash.

I love you all.

See you all tomarrow if the sky doesnt fall. LOL :-)

Don who are you going through for drivers and Home health? That is very unprofessional. That is a part of their job is to make you feel safe too.If some crap comes up like that they should understand they can go a little beyond. Yes they are not suppose to spend their money on the person. But I guess I am different. I have given in and got meals and drinks in bad situations. I wish you would have had a cell phone and I would have been well. I would have come just picked you up and taken you home. That really pisses me off.

Hope you get some nice rest now. I got to get some now. I have been fighting high fevers all day and called into work. This is so bad this time.

HOLY CRAP DON!  I sat here reading this and couldn't believe that with every sentence the situation was getting worse!  THERE SHOULD BE A LAW!  OMG I am so sorry you had to go thru this.  I hope heads rolled today!  I'd have been SO upset.  Holy crap!

Oh Gloria, CAREFUL!  When a lawyer tells you they will make sure there is nothing left...  they are fixing to deplete the assets with legal charges..  BEWARE I have seen it happen where when the attorneys are done, nothing is left.
