Alternate hot and cold, every 15 minutes. Works wonders! Is it a muscle strain, or a bone strain? The hot/cold will help either way.

Peace, love, laughter

Anyone know what to do about a strained ankle? I have compression on

any kind with 20% mint and blend them or grind them. Put about 1/4 to

1/2 inch thick on your ankle and wrap loosely. You can leave it

overnight, but in the day you should try to change it every two hours

or so. The released chlorophyl draws and speeds healing.
