Guest guest
Rod, My hubby had HIV and did his best when he juiced twice a day. He did so great! I think because its easier for the liver to process. He was on diff drugs , it was so long ago. Most important for u is to Eat GOOD and drink plenty of water, the 2 things we all should do with or without disease but is easier said than done. Also i feel that when he allowed the depression to take hold he felt worse and it was extremly hard to get back up again. I felt that way during tx for hcv. They say a positive attitude is 90% of the battle. They have to tell u all of the sides to cover themselves doesnt mean you will experience all of them. Each body is diff. Best of luck to you. Stay strong!!!!!!! I know that some can be more toxic to the liver. I have HCV too.Ill take a combo (Combivir) of Lamivudine and Zidovudine twice a day, don't know dosage, and Efavirenz at bedtime. I checked out possible side-effects and I cried! A friend reminded me that indeed they might not happen, so that helped put it in perspective. I do know the things that I will need to be looking out for in the future. If any of you have any experiences with these drugs, good and bad, I "think" I'd like to hear about them. LOLOL! It's scarry, but then most of you, it seems, have lived with a lot of fear! Thanks much, and here's to your health and happiness!Rod
