Was worried that the weather would wreck havoc on your trip. Question #1: if I have no viral load ( undetectable ) do I still say " I have HepC " ..? What about if I SVR after 6 months? Do I always need to let care givers know ? Or perhaps I say " I HAD HepC " ...? ( OMG, I can just see trying to explain that to some of the idiot caregivers). Question #2: any opinions about ( I'm gonna mis spell this, I just know it !) Hydrocontin , 7.5 , as a pain pill. I don't take them very often. Sometimes( just not in the winter ) I will go 2-3 weeks without pain pills. Oh I am in pain , just sometimes I can tolerate it better. This is what I got perscribed to me since there are no more Darvon. And the Darvon didn't work for me. It didn't touch my pain. FYI to the women in the audience ( okay, Don and Steve y'all go do some male bonding or sumthin'). I am having my first ever mamogram in the morning. Does it hurt as bad as I think.. remember our pain sensitivity from Fibro. Non-Question #3: this has been a very hard week. No stregnth at all. RBC & WBC tanked. Just trying to get up from sofa or recliner makes me nasueated from the effort. But even tho I know things won't get better immediatly, I have noticed that I am taking interest in things I used to do. Can't do 'em yet, but looking forward to this next step in the journey. Guest guest
Trudy, Its funny what you say about telling people you are cleared of hcv, i told a someone i knew in the medical field that the tx was curitive and she argued with me that there was no cure, she is a pathologist!!. Who knows i can only go by what the Drs say. why do tx at all if its not curable.?? I wanted to ask her has she ever been thru tx and has first hand knowledge herself or wtf. That certainly was not what I needed to hear while i was doing tx either .
