Guest guest
---, My suggestions as to what I would do are below in red... There was some nasty stuff floating around this past year... and when we let our immune system get run down we are susceptible....and not eating right adds to it also.. Don't forget things like thyme and sage - can be made as tea of put into capsules... you probably have them in your cabinet.....> > I finally yielded to the doctor and took a couple of rounds of really> strong antibiotics, thought I was over the worst and then it came back.> Another round of antibiotics. And of course taking the pulp from super or complete tonic as a snuff will definitely open your head.> > I thought I was over the crud bug but this week my temp has come back.> I've run a 101 to 102 temp now for the last three days and the coughing> has started again as has the green phlegm . You need to do a total cleanse girl.. The Master cleanse or at least the mini cleanse in the files - once a week for starters. I would also make up some super or better yet, complete tonic... You can also use the pulp for inhaling. Also, some lobelia would be good or some Osha Root also Astralagus or echinacea on a week off a week for your immune system.> > What really bothers me is the fatigue. To me, that sounds like the way to go. Drink the tea and clean> out my system at the same time I kill this bug. Essiac works on alot of things and would not hurt...and probably will help to a degree... You will have to take it on maximum doses... I've seen it cure alot, but cant' attest to it curing pneumonia. etc.. You will still need an immune booster,,,,and I would suggest complete nutrition or be doing your own juicing along with this..and continuing raw for awhile..at least till this is passed...
