I'm glad you understand what I was attempting to say!  It's hard to describe it in words!  LOL!  But yeah..  build the muscles up and it will be easier for you.On Sat, Jan 22, 2011 at 7:50 PM, Barrett <barrjohnm@...> wrote:

HI Teri, thanks for this, it makes sense I get what you are saying. I need to build that muscle again!Hugs, JOhnnyOn Jan 21, 2011, at 7:07 PM, Theresa Gottlieb wrote:

ny,Sometimes after what you've been thru, you have to force your bladder to empty all the way.  Kinda like telling a pregnant woman who is trying to deliver a baby to push..  Once your bladder gets used to emptying completely, it will be second nature for you.  I used to have this same issue when I had all my kidney problems back in the early 80's.  They told me when I was trying to pee to stop mid stream and then start again..  Keep doing this off and on and you build the muscles up that help you empty your bladder..  It's hard to describe in words but hopefully you get the idea.

Talk to the uroloist, he says it is great news my creatine went back to normal 1.1, but is still concern tat I am not weeing enough as amounts go. I tell him I drink so much water and go like 10 times a day, but still not too much flows, sometimes only drops. I thought this was great news as it is going in the right way. I mean I am going more now and in time I think it will drain alot too, well I hope so.
