Guest guest
Thanks, Zack! Yes, I will be careful and do them only once or twice a week. Epsom salt baths usually give me a lot of relief too, but not as dramatic. Ivanda > > > Hi all, > > > > You all must have noticed my extremely bleak email yesterday. How about coffee enemas?? ==>Hi Ivanda. Congratulations on doing one of the best therapies you can, coffee enemas! They are part of the cancer treatment in Mexico Clinics. The coffee doesn't go through the body the same way it does when you drink it so it wouldn't be a problem for people with anxiety. The article explains it. The reason you do not do them too often is to allow the large color to normalize in between since it performs very important functions. Guest guest
Hi Bee My introduction to enemas was with coffee enemas but I soon discovered that in my case they were unsuitable due to the fact that they caused me to have severe flatulence and wind pain. Since begining to understand that I have a candida problem I have theorised that this may be because coffeee is full of caramel as a result of the roasting of the sugars in the beans. I figured that this was feeding the candida directly and causing the problems. I have not had a coffee enema since begining your diet and would be reluctant to until I am well into it. But that's just me and we're all different. I would urge anyone having a coffee enema to be beware of flatulence and possible assosciated pain as this may be caused by the coffee. paul _

Candida produces carbon dioxide when it is being killed which is what gas is. Bee
