Dear Bee,

I have some concerns about my overall health and would like your input. I have

no idea what's going on and why it is happening now (2 years into your diet).

Up till recently I was doing very well on your diet, then slowly my health

started to change. This is what's going on at present:

a.. I can only consume 3-4 Tbs. of VCO and 2 Tbs. of butter in my raw egg

drink in the morning, if I use/consume any small amount of VCO at lunch or

supper I will not be able to sleep that night, it takes me hours before I fall

asleep and then I keep on waking up every 2 hours. Before I was able to use VCO

in everything I cooked without any problem, why the change?

b.. I'm having liver pain once in a while.

c.. After eating the same food(s), now after 2 - 3 hours of eating supper I

get gassy and it smells very bad? It has a strong other of rotten eggs/cabbage.

I'm getting bloated and looking pregnant again?

d.. I get very emotional for no reason.

e.. At times I got to move and I just can't (i.e.: getting out of bad and

getting dressed, takes me for ever).

f.. At night I get very itchy in the vaginal area (haven't had this problems

for a year now, so why now)?

g.. Brain fog accompanied with terrible headaches which are now a daily

occurance.

h.. Lately I've just had two meals instead of my usual three meals, any idea

of why this is happening once again so late on the diet?

i.. I often get a bad taste in the mouth, no it's not bad breath.

j.. At times eye is very painful, it feels like that its going to fall out.

Yes, I'm taking all the supplements your recommend and haven't added anything

I'm not supposed to. Lately, I'm having 2 -3 BM daily once was my norm,

althought I'm still taking the chlorophyll till I finish it off) my still are

not green as they used to be but a normal brown color, soft stool and all one

piece. Sorry for the graphics.

I know that there is a simple explanation to all of this but at the moment I

can't think of anything, would like to hear you're comments and suggestions.

This is what I can remember at the moment................I'm having a senior's

moment.

Oh yes, forgot to ask how your doing and how is your new job going? Hope all is

going well for you.

It's freezing here my windows are frozen shut and I need some fresh air, my

place stincks because of all the gas I'm passing non stop.

Have a great evening, Maddalena

==>Hi Maddalena. My you are running into a rough spot aren't you? I

highly suspect your body is retracing previous symptoms, illnesses,

weaknesses, etc. Also remember that it is mind over matter, so what

we think and feel can also influence our bodies a great deal. If you

are worried, stressed or have problems you have difficulty resolving,

or you feel threatened in any way these will also influence your body.

I recommend you do deep breathing exercises to relax, as frequently

as you can during the day, and when you go to bed. Here's the

exercise:

Full Chest and Abdominal Breathing - This method is simply a

deepening of the breath. Take slow, deep, rhythmic breaths through

the nose. When the diaphragm drops down, the abdomen is expanded

allowing the air to rush into the vacuum created in the lungs. Then

the chest cavity is expanded, allowing the lungs to fill completely.

This is followed by a slow, even exhalation which empties the lungs

completely. Slowly let the air out through your mouth.

This simple breath practice is done slowly and fully, with intention,

concentration and relaxation.

Maddalena, do 3 deeps breaths in a row, but do not do them too

quickly or you could hyperventilate. After 3 deeps breaths pause for

a minute or so, and then do 3 more, and then do it once more. That

would be 3 deep breaths done 3 times.

Also I suggest you type up all of your feelings, thoughts and

problems, positive and negative. Often that helps because it gets

them out of your system.

Please let me know if these things help you.

Much love and healing hugs, Bee
