==Hi Neil. Welcome to our fine Group.

(which I read on the website) it says you need to soak them and then

dry them off in the oven before they develop mold. I was just

wondering if this second step is completely necessary? My plan was to

leave them soaking overnight, and then drain the water and eat them

in the morning straght away, is this ok?

What does Bees diet make of this? Do freshly cracked nuts still need

to be soaked?

==>Nuts are too high in carbs so they will feed candida, and that is

why they are not allowed on the candida diet, at least when you first

start on it. You might safely consume properly soaked nuts after

you've gotten through all of the steps in my program. In the past

members of this group have experimented with nuts and found they

caused problems. Also nuts are very difficult for us humans to

digest, and most candida sufferers have digestive problems.

But in answer to your questions above, after nuts are soaked they are

soggy and most people don't like to eat them unless they are crisp.

If you like them that way it's okay to eat them before drying.

The best, Bee

Go to / and sign

in. Then on left menu choose " Files " . Nearly at the bottom is the

grain preparation article... " Soaking & Fermenting Grains, Nuts &

Legumes.htm

In the " How to overcome candida " article it mentions that you
