Guest guest
I think I experienced something today I've been waiting on. I started the 4th month of the diet today. I had diarreah some this morning before going to work. (I did 8 hours of hard work today finishing cleaning out an attic/hauling everything off for a new client). I can't just sit around much more, because we need MONEY!! I make good money organizing, and it feels good to do it, even though I'll probably pay for it tomorrow with fatigue. I probably used the bathroom 5 times today. Finally, I had the urge and it began as appearing like bile. Then it changed to pure mucous, I think. Before the diet, if I drank beer too many days in a row, or ate a bunch of sugary or bad foods, I would experience strange high-pitched gas noises on rare occasions and then see some mucous in my stool or on the toilet paper. (I'm only describing this because I'm sure it's similar to what many others experience with candida). AFter this, I would feed EXTREMELY fatigued. It also had a certain smell, (not poop smell)... which I observed today as well. Today, the last time I used the bathroom, after what appeared as bile, I expelled a LOT of mucous, and nothing else. Strangest thing I've seen come out of myself in awhile... if not ever. Instead of feeling fatigued afterwards, I felt quite a bit better! So Bee... is this the kind of steps we experience from time to time which do a lot to bring us towards healing? I'm sure the mucous was surrounding something pretty bad, and was protecting my body from it. Finally, my body is ready to begin getting rid of some of this stuff, I hope. Things like this are why I'm not cheating on the diet... I want to starve the yeast, and force it to leave... along with it's toxic friends. I'm tolerating the VCO pretty well, apart from diarreah some days. I think I will place an order and start the antifungals now. Anyone else experience things like this???
