Given that we can have Swiss water decaf, and the fact that caffeine from coffee is not water soluble like that of tea and therefore stays in your system much longer, I don't understand why we can't have green tea or Yerba Mate tea. Can you explain Bee? a

Can you explain > Bee? a, thanks for the details on how much caffeine decaf coffee and Yerba Mate contain. Most candida sufferers shouldn't have either one, at least in the beginning, and particularly if they are having difficulties. I would ask that all of you think about things too, and help yourself and me out. Please don't just leave such decisions up to me only. You should learn enough so you " know " and understand what you can have and what you can't. Hopefully, in the end, you are able to " think with " the information and make proper decisions for yourself. That's why I provide so much information.
