Because of brain fog, sometimes I forget to take my VCO with a meal. I

realize how important it is to the program, so I get really upset when

I do that! Since I've read that VCO goes directly to the liver or

whatever, without having to be digested, does that mean that I can take

the VCO an hour after the meal??? I would be afraid to take it prior

to 45-minutes after the meal, fearing it would interfere with the

digestion of that meal or something. Maybe I could take it an hour

after the meal, which would be after my 2nd HCL pill, so my stomach

should be emptied by then anyway.

Can Bee or anyone shed some light on this??

Thanks!

==>Doug, you can take VCO anytime, even if you take it an hour or more

after a meal it will not interfere with digestion. It takes a lot

longer than 1 hour for most meals to digest; it can take up to 4 hours.
