Lately, things have been hopping around here. Many new members...

many posts. Problem is, Bee has a job now and she's continuing

trying to help each one of us as well as manage everything ELSE going

on in her life. This creates a lot of stress for her, I'm sure.

I haven't been thinking about it until now, but every time I make a

post, Bee has to take the time to read it and reply if necessary.

Scratch that... she doesn't HAVE to... she does it out of her

reserves of kindness.

There are a lot of new members, and I guess part of being new is

typing the same old questions we've all seen 100 times. That will

probably continue and is probably impossible to stop. Bee is very

patient when she sees these questions, while many of us are not and

have to sit on our hands. :) I was the same way when I found this

place... thinking I already knew a lot about candida, only to find

out later I really knew very little. Still do.

It would be very helpful if everyone would take 5 seconds to use the

SEARCH function on the page before they post a question. There

is a 95% chance (or greater) that the question has already been asked

many times before. I realize it's more convenient to ask without

searching... but remember, it's also more convenient to stop at

Mcs than fix a pot of bone-broth stew.

Also, it would be wise not to ask Bee's opinion whether or not " this "

or " that " supplement is okay. Her supplement program is quite simple

and there is a recommended supplement chart in the files that's

easily accessible, and even says the best places to buy each one. If

you are planning on taking magnesium aspartate and Bee recommends

magnesium citrate, it's pretty obvious what the answer will be before

you ask it. She has thought a lot about each supplement, and rarely

will any of us be instrumental in changing the regimine.

Another thing, I think we all need to think before we post. I went

to college to learn to be a writer, and can type very fast. It's

very fun for me to type on here... BUT, I need to start thinking of

everyone else before I post something unrelated to candida... or even

related to candida. I believe we ALL need to think before we post.

One of the greatest things about Bee's site is that controversial

stuff like religion and politics is not allowed. (And I LOVE the

topics of religion and politics too... but just not on here!)

Lately, it seems we've all been typing a lot of stuff that are

sometimes unneccesary, and I think it would be great to SEARCH and

think twice before each post. This isn't the place for socializing

or unrelated topics. This is a place about Candida and HEALING. We

could all find information and heal a lot faster without all the

extra fluff. And Bee would be able to answer the questions a lot

quicker and be able to enjoy her life outside of this place a little

more.

There are other for these unrelated topics (child-

rearing, other supplements/candida programs, etc...). For my part,

I'm sorry for unneccesary posts I have made. Let's all think of

Bee's time and stress level instead of being selfish. We will only

be helping ourselves.

And lastly, if you want to thank someone or type something more

personal, write to them offlist instead of making everyone else read

it. That could reduce the post level even more. :)

Dearest Doug. I could kiss you for your message below! Thank you so

much for helping me. You are right, my stress level is high what

with the suspension of my website, my daughter's hysterectomy,

working full time, my sister's breakdown, my friend and her daughter

being forced from their home by an abusive husband, etc., etc. and

now on top of all that I have to move before May 1st because I can't

afford the increase in rent (this tiny 1 bedroom on 3rd floor with no

elevators is going for $1,000 per month).

On this group 70 new members joined and there were 479 messages

within the last 7 days. So anything you and other members can do to

help me deal with this is needed and wanted! New members need to

reading articles emailed to them, and then becoming familiar with the

over 700 articles in the Files and search the message archives before

asking questions. It is important to my sanity and workload!

Lotsa healing hugs to you my dear friend!
