Guest guest
I absolutely have to post this because I feel that what has happened to my body is nothing short of a miracle. I have been on Bee's program now for 5 months and 3 weeks. I was pretty run down and sick when I started - but I was already used to parts of the diet because I had not (and could not) eaten sugar for 4 years. I was eating quite a few carbs including bread and was still feeling depressed, anxious, tired and generally unwell somedays. I began the diet back in September and have honestly stuck to it religiously. I took most of the supplements but added the rest in the last few months. Since the beginning I have been on the egg drink. It immediately changed my hypoglycemia. When I consumed it in the morning I didn't crash and I just felt my body getting stronger and stronger. Don't get me wrong. I had a fair amount of die-off and I felt REALLY crappy for the first two weeks. Even suicidal a few times from the extreme depression and anxiety. Here is the big wow. I have been able to eat sugar recently. I know this is a no-no...but that is NOT what this post is about. I am not here to talk about cheating because to me this was the ultimate test to see what this plan was actually doing for my body. Well, I ate several pieces of chocolate and a cookie with no reaction what-so- ever. I didn't even get sleepy. I want you all to know that just six months ago I couldn't even tolerate fruit without a severe reaction and sucrose made me completely suicidal. Whan I say I have not consumed sugar in 4 years I mean it. It would completely flip me out and I would want to die. This diet is healing my endocrine system and my immune system. I am staying on track and have no intention of ever eating 'junk' again. But it is so nice to know that my body is healing and it truly passed the test last week! Thank you so much Bee for giving one of the most important things in the world back to me....My HEALTH!! Peace, love and healing to everyone,
