Guest guest
Well, I've been really craving some tomatoes so I've been having about 1-2 tablespoons of good quality tomato sauce with each meal for a few weeks now, but I'm getting even more bloated than normal - like totally preggo bloated. Ugh. I feel like a balloon. Candida die-off or growing again b/c I'm feeding them with the natural sugar from the tomato sauce? The tomato sauce just has tomato in it and citric acid. I heat it well before consuming. This is the trouble I get into when I try to add more carbs to my diet. I'm enjoying the flavor and the carbs I most likely need, but just find myself continually thinking 'I'm feeding candida... I'm feeding candida...', and then I blow up like a balloon about an our or so after having them. <sigh>. Anyone have a similar experience? Not sure what to do - keep on eating it or let it go? Can I just not do tomatoes? Also, would the tomato fiber be 'prebiotic' to feed the good bacteria? Or could this just be feeding my bad guys? Thanks everyone (totally brain fogged, so sorry if this is all over the place).
