Guest guest
Some say it works fine... I've always ordered my borax for bath salts. Look at the label to make sure there aren't any additives. By the way welcome Jeff!!! jcfinsandiego <purenatural@...> wrote: Hi Suzie,That's a great gift idea for the holidays. Guest guest
Use a rinse on the hair. Good shampoos, that is to say, shampoos that are natural soap based, are alkaline. The skin, including the scalp, needs to be slightly acidic. So a vinegar and water rinse, or a little citric acid in some water to use after shampoo is helpful. Aubrey has a rosa mosquita rose hip seed oil conditioner that would be helpful for dry and brittle hair. So shampoo first, use rinse second and condition last. As far as dental problems go, it is better as I understand it, to keep the mouth slightly alkaline. For my teeth and gums I irrigate nightly with a baking soda mixture. Heat one gallon of distilled water and dissolve an 8 oz box baking soda into it. This gallon of baking soda water is stored in the bathroom and you put half distilled water and half baking soda water in the irrigation container. After irrigating you fill container again with distilled water a flush out irrigater. It's a bit of work. After I irrigate, I brush my teeth with coral calcium and a dash of salt and a few drops of food grade hydogen peroxide and a little cold water. It's all mixed together first. This is good for whitening and nourishing gum tissue and further alkalizing the mouth. You spit but don't rinse after brushing. Floss after each meal too. And dry brush to massage gums when convenient, i.e. while watching tv. Hope this helps. Yes, you will be encouraged and also I know you will be a blessing to many. I would love to hear, if you desire, more talk about the shampoo. My hair has always been very dry/brittle, and regardless of what I do, same issue...even the type of shampoos and I am very careful on how I spend my money. If/when you are ready to elaborate more, I would be very interested in this topic, but don't be limited but this only. I know you will love these people here. is right--it's like a family. My husband had an one time epileptic seizure over 27 years ago and he's a believer in eating right after seeing himself healed after 6 weeks due to help from bigmedicine.com. Tim is my chiropractor still. My husband however was willing to make changes. No drugs, no reoccurrence and believer in taking charge of the body, but in the dental area, I have had lots of repeated problems even thinking I eat well. Enough about me. Can we help you here? carolgJeff <purenatural@...> wrote: Thanks . I know already that you folks are in sync with what I'm doing. I'll say a little on my background as an introduction. I've been doing herbals, homeopathic, naturopathic, organic foods, etc,,etc. for the last 10 years. Just retired my business of making herbal shampoo (Hulda 's son was a customer). Am now just doing organic farming on a very small scale as I am semi-retired. Anyway, I practice regular fasting, organ cleansing and flushing, eat only organic foods (raw when possible, i.e. milk, cheese). I will be able to contribute somewhat to the group, and not just receive. Thanks for the warm welcome and Suzie. Glad to be a part of this list.
