Can you, please, advise in what I should do to avoid B3 and take B vitamins at the same time? It seems like all the supplements contain niacin. Should I buy all the others separately? What are the most important? Another question that I have is regarding low gastric acid. Is baking soda able to rise this acid? If yes, how much should I take?
