Guest guest
Bee you've mentioned several times that toxins are stored in body fat. Does this mean if we exercise and burn the body fat it will get rid off the toxins??? I currently exercise only 20 mins a day, and am wondering if I should start to do more intense exercise (while increasing fat and protein intake to ensure my immune system is well nourished). What do you recommend? Kind regards, .

What do you recommend? ==>Exercise mobilizes toxins for sure, but it is wise not to overdo it so you expending too much energy. I think you are doing enough exercise for now. As you progress and feel stronger you can gradually increase it. ==> don't know whether the actual burning of body fat helps. Niacin helps the body fat release toxins if the person consumes enough good fats. I did Hubbard's Purification Program in 1983, which is a combination of diet, supplements (including niacin which was gradually increased), running, and sauna. Running was done before going into the sauna. It exercised the large artery in the thigh muscle and got the blood pumping which helps mobilize the toxins. It is a terrific program! Kind Regards to you too. Bee

This is what I've read in a post here about exercise but I can't seem to find a specific article in the files about it although it is likely there somewhere: " Exercise is also good, but do not overdo it; too much exercise can cause too many toxins to be dumped into the system at one time, and it depletes energy levels needed to fight candida. But easy exercises like walking, rebounding on a trampoline, jumping rope, tai chi, etc. are excellent. " I love to practice yoga and have had to do a very mild form of yoga since I started this program. But I'm slowly working my way up to a more normal yoga practice.
