Guest guest
Welcome to the Candida Club!! Sounds like the same rash I had a few years ago. My doctor said, " Oh... rashes like that are common. Don't worry about it, it will eventually go away. It could be almost anything " Your next step is to read all of the information in the files here, as well as articles at www.healingnaturallybybee.com ... AND get ready to transform the way you currently eat! Doug --- In , " Deborah Warren " > was positive. Is it possible that this is what I have? What are my next steps? Guest guest
Hi Deborah. Welcome to our group. Your symptoms definitely are candida related, including pityriasis rosea. The fact that you crave bread and sugar is so typical of candida sufferers. When you try to go off them you'll get withdrawal symptoms too, so it is tough to do. The body builds up more fat to store toxins away from vital inner organs, and candida puts out over 79 different kinds of toxins, so they add to toxins you are probably getting from foods and other sources. Weight will normalize as you progress on this program. The best place to start is by reading and learning. There is so much to learn about candida and how it works, and about foods and toxins, and foods that feed candida which are mainly carbs, including sugar. Here's my article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " ; http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_8.php Also print out the 2nd article " Curing Candida, How to Get Started. " After you've read please get back to us with questions and concerns. The best in health, Bee > > I just joined this group, I'm hoping for some guidance. Guest guest
Deborah, Your issues sound just like mine...had a baby almost 6 years ago. Rash on torso after. Big blister-like rash with each blemish taking forever to heal. Mine wasn't itchy, though. The weight thing was a problem. I had alway been thin. Lost the baby weight while nursing my first baby, then got pregnant again almost right away after weaning. I had trouble losing the baby weight from the 2nd. No matter how much i exercised...marathon training (never actually went through with the marathon due to joint pain), strength training, yoga...something 4 days/week religiously. never lost any fat. so frustrating. I was also diagnosed with IBS after 5 years of declining GI health. I switched to the Specific Carbohydrate Diet in December. It's what I'm doing for my son, who has autism and GI problems. It has helped my weight issues/gi problems tremendousy, but I still feel like yeast is an issue, so I'm in the learning stages of bee's diet. Hoping to get it on board soon and finally kick this thing Just wanted to let you know that I can totally relate to where you're coming from. Guest guest
Hi there, Can you tell us your name so we know who we are talking to? Your symptoms are all very common for those with candida. See this list: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/cabout3.php It looks like you're new to this group. Welcome! Just eating gluten free isn't enough to heal candida. That is because: Candida cannot be cured by " killing it off. " It just doesn't work that way. Candida is only cured by building up the immune system, which is done by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements), 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer), 3) Eliminating damaging foods, and 4) Eliminating toxins in general. If you haven't yet read the articles that were sent to you when you joined, I suggest you read them because they will help you understand what candida is, what to do and why. Here they are: How to Successfully Overcome Candida http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php Once you've read, get back to us with any questions you have.
