Guest guest
Doris, 10-Undecenoic Acid is the main ingredient of SF722, which is a very potent anti-fungal fatty acid. I've read claims that it is more potent than lauric, capric, and caprylic acids, but am not certain as to whether this is true or not. I don't really know that taking this supplement would offer any additional benefits above consuming natural antifungals such as coconut oil, oil of oregano, etc. It's hard to say because those selling and marketing the supplement will of course claim that it is more potent and with less side effects than other natural, less expensive options (such as coconut oil). The fact that recovered in 30-40 days is amazing, and I could only wish for such a recovery, but given what I know about candida, I'm not sure I really believe this is possible. I mean, you can't just kill off candida and expect to become well. The immune system must be enhanced to battle the candida successfully. In my experience, you can kill it off as much as you want, but it will continue to come back if you don't maintain an anti-yeast diet and focus on enhancing the immune system, your digestive terrain, and supporting probiotic organisms, etc. In short, I'm not rushing off to purchase the product, because I don't feel that there is one single 'magic bullet' to really truly cure anyone of their candida yeast overgrowth. I think the diet did more than the SF722. Just my experience. Crystal > 10-Undecenoic Acid is the main ingredient of SF722, which is a very > potent anti-fungal fatty acid. Guest guest
I took SF-722 about a year ago at the recommendation of my kinesiologist. That was before I found this diet. It made me extremely ill. I haven't tried it since.
