recommended by Sally Fallon at Weston A. Price. They can be added to

water devoid of minerals, i.e. distilled or reverse osmosis, or taken

by the drop in water. If a person doesn't get enough ocean sea salt

they can take it to obtain enough minerals. I don't trust MMS.
