Guest guest
My mother is coming for a few days for T'giving. She has trouble chewing since she cracked her partial. We were talking about what she could eat and she mentioned broccoli, but she had to overcook it. I suggested juicing. She thinks all the fiber has been removed if you juice things. I never thought about it. I would doubt it, but I thought I would ask. I would love to see her take home my spare juicer and start juicing in ernest. So how much fiber is left?
