Guest guest
> Here goes: > I was researching Postpartum Depression and came across inositol supplementation in high doses as a sort of " miracle " natural cure. I was excited to find out about this and kept researching. Eventually I found that inositol is produced by phytic acid. Enlightened I kept reading realizing that I " needed " all the things I had been avoiding. Then I stumbled on the kicker, " Inositol is essential for the growth of yeast and fungi " . HMMMMMMMM..............Too make a long story short and summarize. . . > My Candida problem has made me deficient in inositol (and other b > vitamins) and caused depression tendencies. I have also been anemic for most of my life off and on...and I stumbled upon that being a " breeding ground " for candida in my research. ????Am I reading this correctly? It sounds like they are saying that a natural cure for PPD is to give someone this Inolitol that will help increase yeast. Could there be a link to the pregnancy causing yeast problems (I know that is true) and that after the baby is born you might go through die-off causing increased chance of depression. Sooo, give them this " miracle' cure to help grow the yeast/fungi to help with the depression side effects OR give them a candida euphoria. --- My brain is just on overload. This is what the paragraph above sounded like to me. Nothing that I have any research on, just what struck me about what was written. Any thoughts?!? P. Guest guest
LOL. i understand what you are saying...although i don't think it is quite like that. From my understanding, the yeast " eat " the inositol, and so people with a candida problem are often deficient in this nutrient, which can cause depressive tendencies. I did not know that yeast naturally increase during pregnancy. That is interesting about the die off. I guess your logic could be correct. love to hear what people say. Can't wait to here what you have > to say and if anyone else has any input! ==>Hi. Is your name Suzanne? Do not be concerned about whether candida eats B vitamins like inositol, it also feeds on any and all carbs, and to a lesser degree on proteins and fats. But you can't avoid everything in order to starve the candida. Besides, that's not the point of this program. Yes, you cut off candida's food supply as much as you can but it is impractical to cut off all of its food supply. The fact that this program works for so many people is proof enough that B vitamins aren't hurting anyone. About anemia, one of our members' iron levels rose from 4 to about 64 in 6 months without doing anything but this program. If you search the message archives you can find her message. It appears as if this program helps the body balance so that even anemia is cured! It was amazing even to me. Other members have increased their iron levels by eating red meat liver, or by taking dessicated liver tablets or frozen raw liver pills; here's " The Liver Files " article that discusses anemia and eating liver, along with the recipe: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods37.php The best, Bee
