Guest guest
hi i was just wondering how bad is tahini to eat,is it ok to have from time to time?also, fresh fish is obviously the best, but i am travelling around in a camper van at the moment, and it is tricky to get or store fresh fish an meat on a daily basis,so i eat tinned fish almost everyday, and fresh meat almost every day, when possible.is tinned fish an ok thing? i know hummous is mostly chick peas,so would i be right in thinking thats not allowed too, even in small amounts? i cant bring myself to eat the egg drink, its not for me,but i do eat plenty of eggs.i am pretty much fully on the diet now, except for a small slip every now and again, like a few nuts or a few crisps from someone elses bag,its very difficult though,i spent lots of time staring at other peoples food that i want! _________________________________________________________________ It’s time to join the family - Get the next generation of Free Windows Live Services now! http://get.live.com/

What is your name please? ==>Tahini is sesame seeds which like all grains, nuts and seeds must be properly prepared to make them fit for human consumption, and they are high in carbs which feed candida. also, fresh fish is obviously the best, but i am travelling around in a camper van at the moment, and it is tricky to get or store fresh fish an meat on a daily basis,so i eat tinned fish almost everyday, and fresh meat almost every day, when possible.is tinned fish an ok thing? ==>Canned fish is okay; please see my article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " which explains about fish and they kind of canned fish to eat: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_8.php > i know hummous is mostly chick peas,so would i be right in thinking thats not allowed too, even in small amounts? ==>That is correct. > i cant bring myself to eat the egg drink, its not for me,but i do eat plenty of eggs.i am pretty much fully on the diet now, except for a small slip every now and again, like a few nuts or a few crisps from someone elses bag,its very difficult though,i spent lots of time staring at other peoples food that i want! ==>Good for you! Do not change over to this diet too fast - see the article " Curing Candida, How to Get Started " ; http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_8.php Bee
Guest guest
Interesting. Do you usually toast the seeds? I have not tried them in Vitamix because I had tahini on hand in the fridge for a while. I have decided to not buy anymore tahini for the time being but to use seeds once out. We love it. I use raw sesame seeds, sometimes white, sometimes black, it does not last in my house, we use it for butter and mayo.
