Guest guest
I have a 15 son and he had a rash come up and two painful spots above his hips (swollen lyphe nodes). The Doctor diagnosed shingles. She gave me a script for prednisone and antibiotics. I am not giving them to him. I gave him a CLO, Vit C, 3 drops of oil of oregano and I rubbed peppermint oil on the rash. I am slowly talking to him about the diet, but he has a major dislike of coconut oil. He is willing to cut out fruit and sugar (: Things have been really stressful in my house recently and he is clashing with my uptight husband (not his Father). is a great kid and unfortunately he internalizes his feelings. I remember when he went into the 4th grade and we moved to a new school. He broke out in a rash from head to toe. Any other suggestions? TIA! in NC

TIA! in NC ==>Shingles means his immune system is very depressed, so in addition to the diet he also needs the other supplements, i.e. cod liver oil, B vitamins, vitamin E, etc. - he is old enough so he can take adult doses. All of the supplements work together with the diet in order to provide the correct balance of nutrients the body needs to build up the immune system. He should also do dry skin brushing for the lymphatic system, or rebound on a mini trampoline, as well as Epsom salt baths, thump his thymus several times a day (instructions in my main article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " ), drink the Electrolyte Drink, etc. The best, Bee
