Guest guest
Hello Bee, Since stopping the bi-carb with my vitamin C, each time I take the vitamin C I feel REALLY nauseous. I know you said vitamin powder alone can cause an upset stomach and should be taken with meals, but I didn't know it would make me that nauseous. My question is, if I need to take extra vitamin C for any reason, or if I needed to take it hourly, how should I do that. Would be impossible to take it with a meal every hour. Many Thanks

Luv, Bee
