After being on it for 8 months, I can assure you my GERD symptoms have diminished greatly. I eat about 1/4 cup of oils and butter total per meal and as much protein as I want, and I experience no discomfort because of it. I do have GERD problems at bedtime if I have eaten too much for dinner and/or eaten late. I am most comfortable if I eat a small meal no later than 5 pm. (Lunch is my largest meal.) Please take Betaine Hydrochloride, enzymes, rejuvelac and fresh (unpastuerized) sauerkraut with each meal -- all recommended by Bee's program. They will greatly enhance your digestive abilities.
