Guest guest
Dear Bee, After my hysterectomy surgery, I backed off the food part of the diet (kept to having no sugar and am still close to the daily ratios, but am having small amounts disallowed vegetables, dairy, grains, and occassional fruit). I've continued on all the supplements, electrolyte drink and sauerkraut. I am still healing from the surgery and also experiencing some mild menopause ( " surgically induced menopause) symptoms--mostly hot flashes but also some heavy fatigue, although I'm not sure what the fatigue is from--could be just be post-surgery fatigue. I'm not completely back on the diet yet because I didn't want to give my body too much more to deal with. However, I'm wondering if I can add coconut oil now, starting with 1/2 teaspoon and increasing by 1/2 teaspoon every 4-5 days, as you advise in files. Or do I need to be off all candida feeding foods before I start taking the coconut oil? I had not added coconut oil yet in January and February when I was following the diet. Thanks for being here! You are welcome for us being here! Sleep, and rest are very important for healing, but also fatigue is very common when you have candida - see " Fatigue & Candida; " http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat10.php I think you can try coconut oil now. Start with 1/2 tsp. with every meal and increase it every 4-5 days by 1/2 teaspoon with every meal. If you get too much die-off cut back to 1/2 teaspoon per day or whatever works. But also you should try to get back on the diet because it can cause symptoms not related to the coconut oil. Bee
