Guest guest
Hi all - I searched the site and found that there had been thousands of posts that have mentioned coconut oil. My question is, how do you eat it? I bought some yesterday and while it smells delicious, eating a spoon of it made me gag. Thanks,

Guest guest
Hi , What I've found to be helpful is to melt the coconut oil, pour it into a baby bottle, and drink it. I use a baby bottle so that I can monitor how much oil I'm taking daily. Hope this helps, Lesley <dianasayshi@...> wrote: Hi all - I searched the site and found that there had been thousands of posts that have mentioned coconut oil. My question is, how do you eat it? Get the straight story yourself. Also do searches on my website since there is an entire section devoted to coconut oil. Bee
Guest guest
Hi Doug - It is organic, non hydrogenated brand from whole foods - it has a great flavor - but it is the oilyness that i dont enjoy. > What kind did you buy?? I was still having a rough time with that so I added a few drops of fresh lemon juice. It was much better. I think add the juice is ok since it is an allowed food. Amy/Ohio P.S. I haven't figured out a way to get my coconut oil dose at school yet. I have already posted the question..if it's okay to take your dose with food? or does it have to be plain? I always eat it by the spoonful. I measure up 2 tablespoons and put in a little glass jar and eat it as soon as I've had some animal protein (also after the electrolyte drink and sauerkraut of course). I totally love my coconut oil now. I even love it too much it seems. I'm battling cravings for it....
