Sorry, forgot to mention when using for painful joints, or sprains, mix

oregano oil with coconut oil to apply to painful areas on your body.

How much oil of oregano to VCO should be used to apply to sprains and how often?

I ask this because my rotator cuff (shoulder) has a slight sprain.

==>Hi . Mix oil of oregano to VCO 50/50, or more oil of oregano

if you wish. Even full strength oil of oregano is okay. Apply it at

least 4 times a day.

The best, Bee
