Guest guest
Hi all...I just had the upper GI from hell. It took over 4 hours instead of the average 45 minutes. That's because the barium moved so slowly thru me & never did actually arrive at the large intestine but the radiologist finally said he " got what he wanted. " They had me walking around, drinking 3 huge cups of hot water, took x-rays every 30 minutes. My digestion failed about 2 years ago. No appetite, felt full all the time, bloated even from drinking water. Bee's diet has turned it around to where I've slowly lost 36 lbs in 11 months, can eat meat & eggs, sauerkraut & spinach with no problems. I stopped VCO several months ago & stick with just nutrition, no antifungals. I can say one of the most helpful things has been HCL so I no longer have GERD. I also take cod liver oil twice a day & one T. of virgin olive oil. Regardless of the upper GI results, I think I'm on the right track & considering the improvement in my digestion over the past 11 months, maybe another year will find me healed. I don't know what to think about your ulcerations & it'll be a few days before we hear from Bee. The doc thinks I may have a hiatal hernia. Will know soon.
