Guest guest
sounds like me. not sure but I think these odd food and inhalant reactions stem from the fact that many of us have used a lot of antibiotics and steroids both oral, injectables and inhaled. i know i always have severe thrush despite the precautions used after symbicort usuage. and i read somewhere that candida mimics wheat in the molecular chain. leigh ________________________________ From: " pteropus.seychellensis@... I'm not IGE + for wheat, but 2 pieces of bread will make my feet/hands and face swell. It' ridiculous. Wheat, soy and high histamine foods fuel my IA (idiopathic anaphylaxis) . Seriously gut all wheat (no cheating!) out of your diet for two months and see if you notice a difference.
