I've found that to make a really good cup of green tea I don't steep it as long as I do black tea. I steep it for only about 1-2 minutes. I got this good advice off of a green tea website. Guest guest
Hi Max, I remember very well the time, when you first just couldn't stand the thought of drinking green tea. LOL. Hope you enjoy it more now. I am so bad, that I even drink it, when it has been sitting for while and turnes almost as black as coffee. I hope it isn't carcinogenic (sp?)that way But I do put glycerin in it to sweeten. Just can't seem to break my habit of needing it sweet like I did with coffee. I only miss coffee when I smell it brewing but I don't miss what it does to me. I am amazed that I have weaned myself off of cigarettes, coffee, bread, potatoes, and corn and I was a psycho addict. It's just incredible how much damage those foods do to you and I watch my friends who will not listen get heavier and sicker every day. Guest guest
I wish! I am almost at a point of shutting down this BTD vitamin business. Very slow, I am spending more then I make. I guess I am not good at marketing myself. O well! Anyway, thanks for the " ego boost " . Love Re: Teas Always the businessman!!! =) We love you ! Guest guest
Several months ago there was some talk about Chinese tea having bacteria and that we should use Japanese. Does anyone know if that is still the case or has the bacteria in Chinese tea been cleared up? Any news on this? Thanks. Wanda
Guest guest
One should always choose Japanese over Chinese (quality control standards) but in any case, buy ORGANIC. Guest guest
Don't think I've ever tried Jasmine, but speaking of teas, is there any major difference between green tea and golden green tea? I think I like the taste of the regular better, but the golden is the only one I can find locally that's organic. Later, janetlee Be kind to dragons, for thou art crunchy when roasted and taste good with ketchup.
Guest guest
I think the Golden Green has some lemongrass, or something, to smooth the taste. Should be fine. janetlee <janetlee14@...> wrote: Don't think I've ever tried Jasmine, but speaking of teas, is there any major difference between green tea and golden green tea? Guest guest
I looked through past messages about the chai tea. Is Chai allowed on the program? It's not as bad as coffee right? Mountainroseherbs has organic chai tea and I love chai. but, i've never actually had chai without milk and sugar, so we'll see.

I just skip the black tea. It's actually quite good! If you're interested, feel free to email me offlist and I'll share it with you.
