I have a confirmed UTI. My Dr. of course wants me on an antibiotic

ASAP...I want to wait and try other options. I read the article on UTI

and garlic tea (which i can handle and I LOVE), nettle and parsley

tea. I know Cranberry juice is not ok b/c of the sugar...but I didn't

find anything on Cranberry herbal supplements.

The bottle reads:

1 capsule: 465mg Cranberry, gelatin, silica- that's all. No added

sugar, yeast, soy, etc.

" Contains all active ingredients of cranberry juice without added

sugars often used to mask the tart flavor " Made by Nature's Way

Is this okay? Also, if anyone else has had a UTI...how long did you

treat it and did you end up having to do antibiotics anyway? I want to

try on my own first but not so long that I start having serious kidney

problems. (This all started this morning.)

Thanks

Amy

==>Hi Amy. You are correct, that cranberry is not a good remedy for

UTI when you have candida because it contains too much natural sugars.

The best treatment for UTI is fresh parsley tea. My sister is a

nurse and she treated her own UTI by drinking it. Just to make sure

she drank parsley tea for 7 days. Natural treatments are much more

effective and do not do the damage that antibiotic drugs do.

If you have had UTI in the past, during natural healing your body

will retrace any and all episodes.

Luv, Bee
