Guest guest
I have been doing coffee enemas since November last year and am able to hold them 12 minutes or longer and then sometimes walk around a while before expelling it. I was only able to hold the probiotic enema 5 minutes. So I did another right after and that one I was only able to hold 3 minutes. Do they affect the body differently than a coffee enema? The temp wasn't too hot, I used the same amount of water, and I didn't run it in too fast. Thanks, a

The instructions on antifungal and probiotic enemas does not say they should be retained 12 minutes like the coffee enema does. It says: After administering the antifungal or probiotic enema try to lie very still for as long as you can before allowing the bowel to empty. So do not be concerned about the length of you are retaining it. Bee
