Guest guest Posted May 22, 2008 Report Share Posted May 22, 2008 Hi all, I used the calculator to figure out how many grams of protein, fat, and carbs I need for someone my height (5'4 " ). It says I need 63g protein, 156-219 g fat, and 31-50 g of carbs. The problem is, I'm having a hard time eating that many veggies as carbs. I'm eating cooked ones, but if I eat too many veggies, I get stomach upsets and diahhrea. Do you subtract the fiber, or no?
