Veggies for Carbs

Hi all,

I used the calculator to figure out how many grams of protein, fat, and

carbs I need for someone my height (5'4 " ).

It says I need 63g protein, 156-219 g fat, and 31-50 g of carbs.

The problem is, I'm having a hard time eating that many veggies as carbs.

I'm eating cooked ones, but if I eat too many veggies, I get stomach upsets

and diahhrea.

Do you subtract the fiber, or no?

Thanks, and I was wondering how others get their grams of carbs from only

veggies.

If you eat less carbs than recommended it's no problem. The important thing

is getting enough protein and fat.
