Guest guest
Yesterday I had some quinoa because I was feeling like I'm getting on this diet too quickly - affecting mood, milk supply, energy (see email re: baby's food and nursing). Anyway, before bedtime I felt a pressure under my ribs. This morning I woke up and felt nauseous and once I was up and about the pain returned - felt like heartburn but worse. It was so bad - like a pulsing pain that lasted for 10 seconds and was happening every minute - that I went to the hospital. So nothing is wrong with me (after 3 hours waiting, EKG, etc) they think it's gastro reflux or acid so they gave me a perscription and sent me home. The pain stopped while I was at the hospital and now that I came home and ate, the pain is back. I am sure it's also related to stress because I am the most stressed out, anxious and miserable I've ever been. Maybe it's not a good time to start doing this diet seriously. Maybe for now I should just get off the sugar, wheat, caffeine, and dairy and when my stress level goes down then I could handle going all the way. What do you think Bee? ~Kim
