==>, sauerkraut does not cause diarrhea. If you have ever had

diarrhea in the past it will occur again due to retracing during

natural healing.

I was in Wisconsin to visit my family recently, and my brother has been

on my program for almost 2 years. He had diarrhea for over 20 years

prior to starting. He said his diarrhea finally stopped within the

last 2 months, and like I had told him it would take at least 20 months

(1 month for every year).

Thanks Bee. It's nice to get reminded of this. I can't remember when my

diarrhea started.

It's probably been on and off most of my life. I just have to stay patient.

Thanks for your

support!

==>Yes , natural healing does require patience, time and

persistence with the program. It's easy to get doubtful because it

does take so much time, and even though it's rough it is well worth

it! You are so welcome for the support. Onward and upward!

Healing hugs, Bee
