gotten red blotches and pimples. It itched like crazy and

especially when I get in a hot bath tub. I was thinking I had staph

but it seems to get on worse. Then it seemed to go away on my left

leg. What I eat or if I am on or off program seems to make no

difference. I do go on program for as much as two months and then

have a lot of one and two day crashes.

should add that we live 50 miles apart and never see each other.

She thinks it in her case it is poison oak, but I question how that

would go on for months!

==>Hi Bob. I had insanely itching ankles, with a rash that was

oozing, red, inflamed, etc. when I had candida 2 different times. It

is actually toxins coming out through the skin, with the itching

caused by histamines produced by the immune system for healing and

detoxing. See the articles about itching skin and one about

histamines on my website.

Cheers, Bee
