Guest guest
Hi Janelle, You could try inserting a vit. A capsule vaginally at bed to boost the immune system there. A naturepath suggested I do this years ago and has helped with yeast infections. Good luck, > > I'm having a lot of trouble with breakfast, i'm a ceral and toast girl > and getting quite a sick feeling now when i have eggs as well as abit > bored is there anything sweet i could have on " other " days? also > has anyone heard of the herb Buchu? it's very good for vaginal > inflamation which unfortunately i have a lot of. > > Hope everyone is well > > Janelle >

Guest guest
If you read the recipe section in Bee's webpage, you will see that rice, quinoa, buckwheat you can have if soaked properly for 7 hours with a little lemon.~kulia > > > > A friend recommended rice with fish and a can of coconut milk. Guest guest
Raw eggs don't turn me on. I had an egg over easy a few weeks ago and suffered greatly afterward from semonella poisoning. I don't believe this new idea about eat as many eggs as you want. My father ate three over easy eggs and bacon almost every morning at a diner before he went to work and suffered from heart attacks. He needed to retire early. Heart attacks run in my family and I would not risk it based on some new information that has come out recently.~Kulia > > > > A friend recommended rice with fish and a can of coconut milk. Guest guest
Hi Kulia, The concern about salmonella gets brought up here routinely by people who are new to this program. It's too bad you were one of the few who got salmonella poisoning but it happens very rarely. ==>Go to www.mercola.com and do a search using the word " salmonella " . Also read Bee's articles in the " C) Germ & Antibody Theories Are False " Folder. jackie > > Raw eggs don't turn me on. Guest guest
Hi Kulia Same here with me, I'm scared of eating all these eggs as heart disease runs in my family as well and the doctor's told my uncle as well that he ate too many eggs and caused him heart problems. I've been taking cholesterol medication now for over 8 years and prior to taking those I had a mild heart attack as my cholesterol was high. Last year I decided on my own that I was going to give them up because of the side effects. I watched my diet closely as well but in just a few months my cholesterol went from 2.2 to 7.1 and the doctor was very uspset at me and said I was trying to kill myself to give up those meds without his orders. He told me to never do such a crazy thing like that again. Therefore I hesitate abut those things now and not sure whose advice to follow. I want to clean the candida from my body but not cause other problems or put myself in the hospital from it. I just cannot do the raw egg thing either ...... they have to be cooked very good for me. Guest guest
So sad that eggs get the blame for heart attacks! I drink the egg drink daily with no ill effects. My workaholic husband has borderline cholesterol. Whole foods do not make us sick. The same doctors have no problem with artificial sweeteners and so on. What a sad time we live in. > Raw eggs don't turn me on. I had an egg over > easy a few weeks ago > and suffered greatly afterward from semonella poisoning. Guest guest
No... if you'll read her files correctly, you'll see that being able to eat such things are only AFTER you have successfully won your battle against Candida. That might take 2 years. For those who do well on the program, they can work their way up to eating buckwheat once or twice per week, properly soaked after many months. But if I recall correctly, you are just beginning the diet. ALL grains are no-no's at this point for you... and for me... and I've been on the diet for 6 months. Guest guest
The processed bacon and other processed foods and oils are what caused the heart attack. Not eggs or cholesterol. I've eaten more than one HUNDRED DOZEN eggs over the past 6 months... mostly raw. Never salmonella, or even a headache. But then, I buy high-quality pasture- raised eggs too. Eating eggs is not a new idea. Been around for many thousands of years. Doug

We're more likely to catch salmonella from veggies, milk, cereal or grains than from eggs. Susiedu
Guest guest
It's so sad that doctors have it all wrong. How long will it take to finally come to the conclusion that eggs and butter are fine, and actually good for you. It is natural and something that has been eaten for many ages. It is when the trans fats and polyunsaturated oils were created that man's health started declining with cancer and heart attacks. Also the sugar, pop consumption, white flour, and artificial sweeteners, and all the processed foods are to blame for all the poor health today.  Isn't it strange that doctors won't look at those things and instead point a finger at eggs and butter.  If you cut out the grains and sugar, eat lots of good fats (butter, coconut oil, olive oil, fish oils) protien (meats), and vegitables your cholestoral will improve. It will take time and sometimes goes up before it comes down. But it always regulates on Bee's plan, given time.  Also, be carefull where you buy your eggs, make sure they are fresh and free roaming. The best are local farm raised eggs. I think that salmonella comes from the older eggs sitting on shelves from chickens that are stacked in cages in close quarters in unsanitary conditions. Besides Bee's egg drink has the boiled water poured into the blender. So it comes out hot and no worry. I've been drinking it for 3 years now and love it more than any other drink. Guest guest
Think about it... in this whiny world we find ourselves in now, they have totally shut down the tomato industry because 338 people have gotten sick with salmonella NATIONWIDE. I saw a news story that we get all the good tomatoes from Mexico, so the inferior ones stay there. Tens of thousands of Mexicans get salmonella poisoning from those inferior tomatoes every year, yet we freak out over a few hundred cases. The Mexicans are enjoying all the good tomatoes that we refuse to import into America during this " crisis. " It should also be noted that one can NOT usually catch salmonella from what's inside an egg. The salmonella is usually on the outside of the egg and is simply not washed well, if I understand it correctly. (But then, I don't wash my eggs either... before I eat them raw). Guest guest
I really don't think I can do this. When I don't get my grains, I think it turns me into a total bitch!!! My mom and I were on the S. Beach diet where it was like the candida diet for three days and then complex carbs in very limited quantity. We were at eachother's throats and I don't think either of us handled the diet very well. To be honest my doctor advised against this diet and said it was way too radical. I looked on Dr. Mercola's website today about candida and it was quite interesting. It says that candida can start with people that have had mercury poisoning. And the candida feeds on the toxic heavy metals. I think I may have gotten heavy metals from the hairdressing industry. That's when I first noticed how I had to change my diet. Chlorella is essential to helping eliminate heavy metals. My main problem that I've been noticing lately is a rash in groin and a yeasty smell on my skin especially when I first wake up. I've been too weak and don't have the proper food now but when I come back from my two week trip, I'm going to try to do this more fully. I think I'm almost there. I know one thing, it would certainly take care of my weight problem. It's very difficult with CFIDS to have such a limited diet. I used to be a vegetarian and vegan. I really don't like eating fleshy foods all the time especially when I get my period because it makes me bleed quite heavily if I don't go vegetarian around the time of it. Thanks for all the responses. I'm enjoying all the attention. ~Kulia -- In , " jahlstrom78 " <jahlstrom@...> wrote: > > > > > > If you read the recipe section in Bee's webpage, you will see that > > rice, quinoa, buckwheat you can have if soaked properly for 7 hours > > with a little lemon.~kulia > > > > > Hi Kulia, > > those items are not to be used until much later in the diet. > > jackie >

My website isn't just for candida sufferers, so there are some recipes with foods not included on the candida diet. The food lists for candida do not include any grains. Blaming salmonella poisoning on eggs is like blaming the flies for the manure pile. Good fats from Mother nature to do cause heart problems, no matter what your father ate - here's an article " What Causes Heart disease: http://www.westonaprice.org/moderndiseases/hd.html Bee
Guest guest
Hi Lena, Just think of what your great grandmother would have served - traditional real foods - good proteins and high fats - without the sugars, grains or processed foods.. We Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dinner like a Pauper. Breakfast: Slow cooked grass fed (fattiest) lamb roast or any grass fed meat casserole or lightly panfried buttered lamb or beef organs served with green buttered vegies + sauerkraut + a cup of bone broth. Add in extra grass fed animal tallow, coconut oil and butter where appropriate to meet your fat ratios. Lunch: leftovers - warmed meat with its fat + sauerkraut Dinner: Bee's Egg Drink (in winter we serve this in warmed cups) and click our cups with gratitude for being on this path of wellness. Enjoy!! Cheers Maree kvhilda wrote: > > > My husband and I have figured out that we are both suffering from > candida and are slowly coming to terms with going on a candida diet. > We stopped eating gluten a year ago and ever since then we have had a > problem with what to have for breakfast, the candida diet makes it > even harder to come up with anything.
