Yes.Or, alternatively, should I strain out what I have, soak the remainingingredients in vinegar for 2 weeks, and then combine it with the vinegarfrom the first batch? Hi Terri, Been there. I usually just add whatever I need to later to the mash that's already been sitting, for up to one month in some cases. Since it is saturated with real vinegar, it is preserved for a goodly while.
