How can I know I have low stomach acid or that my body is not producing

bicarbonate of soda? A naturalist put me on hydrochloric acid one time and she

told me to keep upping the dose until i felt it working. I got up to six before

a meal. then one day i woke up and my throat felt burned and my whole situation

got worse, I felt. I never felt it helping me digest my foods.

I notice when I eat red meat my arms and legs get tingly and get numb. I get a

slight headache. my joints get more sore than and it's hard to move them. i

can move them but it's like i have to wait a while for them to go back to normal

fluidity. is this intolerance? it sounds like it.

if i stay on the diet, will my situation improve w/out taking the hydrochloric

acid? another naturalist told me that I shouldn't be taking that because it

could cause damage.

==>Hi Doris. You can search on my website for any subject like

hydrochloric acid - here's the article you need which explains " how "

to take it: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig5.php

More than likely you took too much, which causes burning, as the

article explains.

==>No, those symptoms are not intolerance. When your body

gets " good " unadulterated foods it needs to heal it will go into

action creating healing reactions in order to help you heal. A

headache, tingly, sore joints, etc. are all die-

off/detoxifying/healing symptoms which is quite normal while curing

candida.

==>You need to read my article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida "

carefully, since it explains what die-off symptoms are, and it covers

some other questions you've had:

==>Your own body produces hydrochloric acid, so how could taking it

cause damage? Even if you feel burning from taking too much just

take 1/4 tsp. baking soda in water (your stomach also makes baking

soda which protects the lining of the stomach from the acid).

==>It is important to " improve digestion " otherwise you aren't

getting the nutrients out of your foods. If you can't get nutrients

out of the foods you eat your progress will be very lengthy, and that

is unnecessary. This is explained under the section " Improve

Digestion " in my main article I referenced above.

Reading and learning are the 1st steps towards getting healthy.

++hi doris

i am in the same situation as you, if i eat cooked red meat i get weak

and tingly numb head that often turns into an headache.

i found that when i eat raw meat i do not have these problems so my

explaination wud probably be that it is for me a matter of poor

digestion. not healing. as i also eat very murishing foods like bee egg

dringk and raw liver drink and feel great afterwards not tired with a

headache
