==>Wow . You are having quite the time of it. Could

genital herpes be retracing too?

> Can you recommend healing strategies? I read that B1 combats herpes,

vitamins?

==>You can take an extra B1, about 200 mg per day, in addition to

your usual dose of B complex.

> How about enemas? I did one coffee enema on Saturday, should I do

one every day until this subsides?

==>It isn't a good idea to do them everyday because it causes more

problems by dumping too many toxins every day into your system, which

the body has to get rid of, and it seems your body has to get rid of

enough toxins as it is. Also the large bowel needs time to normalize

in between. Epsom Salt baths would be best because they help pull

toxins out through the skin, and also ensure you are taking " true "

niacin as recommended, which releases toxins through the skin.

==>No, those doses are okay. You should only stay at those doses for

10-15 days and then gradually lower them to normal amounts.

would help?

==>Coconut oil is best. You can also do sitz baths with tea like

stinging nettle or dandelion.

is the third retrace of herpes in a year. I was hoping it would be

gone by now, but I've had it for 25 years so maybe I shouldn't be

diet.

==>I doubt that the tooth extraction caused any of your symptoms.

Seems like you are doing everything right, and healing right on

schedule. Hang in there. This too shall pass.

==>You are so very welcome . I'm proud of how well you

understand everything, that you are progressing like you should!

Well done!

Healing hugs, Bee
